1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production utilizes high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section focuses on crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, we manufacture essential steel mesh (mesh cages) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automated mesh hanging and the streamlined circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the flawless production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating steel mesh (mesh cages) required for concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and efficient frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame holding the billet body is de-molded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is processed on the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard with our efficient packaging and conveying equipment, following separation.
