AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey of our exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete begins with meticulous raw material selection and preparation. Essential components like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative aluminum powder (or paste) come together to form the foundation of our premium AAC products.
This crucial section handles the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness for the next phases of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment serves as the heartbeat of our production line, focusing on the creation of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly craft steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for the durability and strength of AAC plates. Whether through manual or automatic processes, we ensure seamless hanging and state-of-the-art automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section in our advanced production process dedicated to the meticulous crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Our precision-engineered section for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) supports both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, a crane turns the mold frame loaded with the billet body, after which it's placed on the cutting car. Here, the blank undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product shaping.
The ground turning table completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, keeping our process sustainable.
Post-cleaning, the blank body advances through the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are expertly guided into the autoclave tank for precise constant pressure maintenance, using our innovative traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-curing, the ferry cart seamlessly transitions the autoclave-treated products to the finished product packaging area, ensuring a smooth workflow.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed with cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment. They are then smoothly transported to the storage yard, primed and ready for delivery to our valued clients.
