1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section handles the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enabling both manual (automatic) hanging of mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is essential for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It creates the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the plates, accommodating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The cut body is processed on the ground-turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After autoclaving, the cured products are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment.
