1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is essential for the seamless production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It's used for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-molded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding process.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed and transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of it.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
