1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magic of aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these vital raw materials, setting the stage for quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

In this section lies the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets efficiency.

It is designed for the creation of robust steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) mesh handling and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section remains central to the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, the precise formation of steel mesh (mesh cage) occurs, tailored for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, featuring manual (automatic) mesh suspension and the smooth autoflow of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold with its billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, aligned with its side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, defining the product's shape.

Through the ingenuity of a ground turning table, the cut body is efficiently purged of corner waste, which is then recycled.
With waste expertly removed, the blank body is further refined through the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

Through a seamless operation, assembled cakes are gently escorted into the tank via the sophisticated traction mechanism ahead of the autoclaves and the ferry cart, where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance.

Once the autoclave works its curing magic, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the products and transports them to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The freshly steamed cakes are proficiently sorted, palletized, and then wrapped with care. They are then smoothly transported to the storage yard by the reliable packaging and conveying equipment, completing their journey.
