1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation

This pivotal section forms the cornerstone of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for the concrete slabs are crafted. It involves the manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical phase is at the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages) needed for the concrete slabs, including manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded via the turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final shape.
The cut billets are refined using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billets are organized using a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled 'cakes' are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging

The steamed and cured cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after being meticulously separated.
