1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel meshes (mesh cages) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated, either manually or automatically. It also handles the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated, with manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demoulded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting form the final product.
Post-cutting, the blank body undergoes further processing to remove and recycle corner waste using a ground turning table.
After waste removal, the blank body is ready for the marshalling crane and ferry car operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed-out cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
