Teeyer Whole Production Line, including 6 processing sections |
1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and safe storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of our AAC production, responsible for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this segment, steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is fabricated. It also includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial area for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section primarily focuses on creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the AAC plate, with manual (automatic) hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is demudded by a crane. Following this, the blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car and undergo side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then processed on a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and transported via the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for meticulous pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
