1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production employs premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste) to ensure superior quality.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
This vital section manufactures the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical core section is also central to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It meticulously fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, ensuring flawless manual and automatic hanging mesh, coupled with smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then expertly placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product dimensions.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring efficient material usage.
Following waste removal, the blank body is carefully completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
