1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the AAC slabs is crafted, including manual (or automatic) hanging, and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is crucial for the production of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC slabs, encompassing manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is meticulously dismantled by the turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
Using the ground turning table, the cut body is efficiently processed to remove and recycle corner waste.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once the autoclave curing is complete, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the dedicated packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
