1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section handles the efficient processing and storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for superior AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This is the heartbeat of the operation, where the core elements of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the slabs, with both manual and automated hanging, and ensure the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This crucial stage ensures the integrity and strength of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
We expertly handle the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual or automatic hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame with precision.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is deftly turned and demudded by the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for flawless finishing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The beautifully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the pristine products are pulled out and directed to the finished product packaging section for final touches.
6. Finished Products: Classification & Packaging
The perfectly steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard with the aid of advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
