1. Raw Material Processing Section

In this pivotal phase of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we employ a selection of premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), laying a robust foundation for superior quality.

This essential section is meticulously designed for the efficient processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring a smooth flow in the production journey.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation


This critical section stands as the heart of our operation, dedicated to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, recognized for their structural integrity and reliability.

Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging. Additionally, this section ensures seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section


This integral section is another cornerstone of our production line, focusing on the expertly crafted autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Utilizing this section, we create the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging techniques. It also facilitates the automated circulation within the assembly frame.




4. Cutting Section


In this precision-driven phase, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, secured with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting molding process.

Post cutting, the ground turning table efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring environmental sustainability.
Once the waste is expertly removed, the blank body is efficiently transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car, showcasing our commitment to streamlined operations.

5. Autoclaving Section


In this crucial stage, the meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance via a sophisticated traction mechanism and a ferry cart, ensuring uniform quality.

Upon completion of curing, the autoclave-treated products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final steps in the journey to the customer.




6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging


After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and securely packed. They're then elegantly transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, marking the culmination of our precision-engineered production process.
