1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high efficiency and precision.
This section facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production, focusing on accuracy and quality.
It includes the creation of the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh, and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's cutting and molding.
The cut body is finalized by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a smooth workflow.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
