AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the heart of our production lies a unique blend of essential ingredients, vital for the creation of robust autoclaved aerated coagulation. This includes sand, sourced predominantly from fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and the ever-important aluminum powder or paste.
This indispensable stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are always ready for the subsequent production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the core of our production system, this segment is crucial for crafting enduring autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, serving as the backbone of our advanced manufacturing process.
This vital segment ensures the meticulous crafting of the steel mesh (or mesh cage), essential for robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, guaranteeing precision and consistency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is integral to producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, marking the transition from raw materials to refined product excellence.
In this section, we focus on the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), which is crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring the integrity and durability of the final product.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding via a specialized turning crane. The blank body and side plate are then positioned on the cutting car, undergoing a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to perfect the desired product shape.
The process culminates with the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body, highlighting our commitment to sustainable practices and waste reduction.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless progression to the next phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank, where they undergo sustained pressure maintenance. This is expertly managed by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it, ensuring product integrity.
Once autoclaving is complete, the cured products are gently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for market distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed with precision, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, post efficient separation, ensuring they are ready for delivery to our esteemed customers.
