1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential materials.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is meticulously fabricated. It encompasses manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automated frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plate, facilitating manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and ensuring automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame laden with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is refined through a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car for final preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave tank for sustained pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
Once cured within the autoclave, the products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The fully steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and then efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
