1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).

This phase involves the meticulous processing and optimal storage of the raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This stage is pivotal for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, as well as the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another crucial phase for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.

The cut body is further processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is completed using a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car for seamless handling.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure curing, utilizing a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.

Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section using the ferry cart.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transport equipment, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
