1. Raw Material Processing Section
The cornerstone of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production includes premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This critical section handles the intricate processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling and advanced assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is vital for the crafting of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It meticulously creates the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, with manual and automated handling and efficient frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
A mold frame brimming with billet body is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car to undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is meticulously processed by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance via an advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post autoclave curing, the finished products are expertly extracted and seamlessly transported to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
