1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and various other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This stage is the pivotal core of the AAC production, focusing on creating precise steel mesh structures essential for the robust foundation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This phase involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cages) required for AAC slabs, including both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is central to the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It encompasses the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cages), manual (automatic) hanging of mesh, and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is carefully demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where final shaping is achieved through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring a clean and efficient process.
Subsequent to waste removal, the billet body is marshalled by the crane and ferry car, completing this crucial step.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclaves for constant pressure maintenance using a specialized traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at the forefront.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are systematically pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
