1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise and meticulous processing and storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Seamless Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is carefully fabricated, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh, as well as seamless automatic frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another critical section essential for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section continues the fabrication of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, seamlessly integrating manual and automatic hanging mesh with continuous automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then efficiently managed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being carefully steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
