1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and organized storage of these pivotal raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is paramount in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, coupled with an advanced automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as another cornerstone in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual and automatic hanging of the mesh and seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. The product's cutting is completed through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table expertly removes and recycles the corner waste, ensuring minimal material waste.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance. This process is facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing, the finished products are efficiently pulled out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
