1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This crucial section focuses on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for the slabs, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling and frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is essential for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) are made for the slabs, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, completing the product's side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
