1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This section is focused on crafting steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This area is vital for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for forming steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is de-molded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise horizontal, vertical, and side cutting, achieving perfect product shaping.
The cut billet is processed by the ground turning table to eliminate and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final assembly.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are removed by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
