1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of producing autoclaved aerated coagulation, the essential raw materials encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These elements are meticulously selected for their unique properties.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the careful processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands at the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process, serving as a critical component in the overall manufacturing operation.
Here, the steel mesh, or mesh cage, integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is expertly crafted. This includes both manual and automatic assembly, as well as the seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nucleus of the production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, offering unparalleled support in the manufacturing line.
Within this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created, involving both manual and automated mesh hanging, coupled with efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then meticulously placed onto the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts craft the final product shape.
The revolutionary ground turning table completes the cut body by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal loss and maximum efficiency.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for flawless arrangement and further process alignment.
5. Autoclaving Section
Once assembled, the cakes are meticulously transferred into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance, using a sophisticated traction mechanism and a ferry cart positioned before the autoclaves.
After the autoclave curing process, the products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transported to the final product packaging stage for onward dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes, post-autoclave, undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard, using state-of-the-art packaging and transportation equipment, ready for distribution.

Our cutting-edge cutting equipment includes a plasma cutting machine imported from Sweden and a laser cutting machine. For metal plate processing, we utilize a powerful 2000-ton hydraulic press. Our machining capabilities are enhanced with a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center.
