1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the cornerstone for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves creating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is tasked with forming the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with managing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then completed using the ground turning table, which removes and recycles the corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Post autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and transferred to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
