AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the forefront of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we utilize a precise blend of premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among other top-tier materials.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of foundational raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Seamless Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring excellence at every step.
Within this section, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section forms the nucleus of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision is paramount.
Here, we create the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enabling both manual and automatic mesh hanging and achieving seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then meticulously placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve cutting-edge molding.
The cut body is efficiently processed by the ground turning table for the removal and recycling of corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and efficiently transported by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the tank for optimal constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final product packaging section, ready for shipment.
6. Finished Products
Skillful Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, expertly palletized, and securely packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
