AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) are sand, often derived from fly ash, combined with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste for the coagulation process.
This critical phase is dedicated to the precise processing and strategic storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core segment is vital for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, forming the backbone of the entire process.
Essential for manufacturing the steel mesh or mesh cage crucial for AAC plates, this stage includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a crucial phase in forming superior-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring consistency and reliability.
This section focuses on the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes precision demudding using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are expertly placed on a cutting car for comprehensive cutting—laterally, horizontally, and vertically—to achieve the precise product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table efficiently facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent phases.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance, facilitated by the precision-driven traction mechanism and efficient ferry cart.
After autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with precision and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and expert packing. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation.
