1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This segment is the heart of the production line, specializing in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs is fabricated. It includes manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another crucial part of the production process, focusing on the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves making the necessary steel mesh, manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product is precisely cut horizontally, vertically, and on the sides.
After cutting, the blank body is processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
