1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our carefully selected raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), which are essential for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation products.
This pivotal section focuses on the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the production journey ahead.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands at the heart of our operations, dedicated to the precise production of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our AAC plates, employing both manual and automatic processes for mesh hanging and facilitating seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another critical core in our AAC slab production, ensuring that every piece is crafted with excellence.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates, using advanced techniques for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with fluid assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Our highly efficient crane expertly demolds the mold frame, placing the billet body and side plate on a cutting car, where products are sculpted with precision through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground-turning table diligently completes the cutting process, removing and recycling any corner waste as part of our commitment to sustainability.
Following waste removal, our marshalling crane and ferry car expertly finish assembling the blank body, readying it for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes embark on a journey into the autoclave, where they experience precise pressure maintenance, ushered by the traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart.
Once cured to perfection, our ferry cart transports these premium autoclave products to the finished product packaging section, marking the culmination of a flawless production process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, each cake is meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensures seamless transport to the storage yard, completing our production process with elegance and efficiency.
