AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for creating superior autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These essential components ensure the robust quality and durability of the end product.
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of raw materials, laying the groundwork for a flawless production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section stands at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, functioning as the indispensable core of the manufacturing operation.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is manufactured. The process involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as a pivotal area for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each slab meets the highest standards of excellence.
Specialized in crafting the crucial steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, this section facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging along with efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. Following this, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product form.
The cut body then undergoes further refinement on the ground turning table, which effectively removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing material use.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is finalized by the strategic operation of the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring perfect alignment and preparation for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this crucial step, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave using a precise traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo a regimen of constant pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
After achieving perfect autoclave curing, the finished products are carefully extracted using the ferry cart and are then transported to the final packaging section, ready for delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging flawlessly from the autoclave, cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. With the aid of advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are efficiently transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
