1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously fabricated for the AAC plates. It involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and ensures seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section also plays a central role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), facilitating manual or automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then precisely placed on a cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the final product shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles the corner waste, ensuring minimal material wastage.
The waste-free blank body is then managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next stage of production.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, using the precise traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are carefully pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring their integrity.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The fully cured cakes are efficiently sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
