1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless and efficient production workflow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, facilitating robust and high-quality output.
Here, we focus on manufacturing the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The section handles both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another critical element in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, emphasizing precision and efficiency.
In this segment, we manufacture the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manage manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensure the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is processed further on the ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and transported by the marshalling ferry car, maintaining a streamlined workflow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart. This step is crucial for achieving the desired material properties.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that every product meets our high standards before dispatch.
