AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Designed for crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section facilitates both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh as well as the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section is at the heart of the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in crafting the requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, supporting both manual and automatic hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane to turn the mold frame loaded with the billet body, this section demoulds the blank body, placing it on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired shape.
The ground turning table skillfully completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to minimize material loss.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car proficiently complete the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring constant pressure maintenance for optimal results.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the finished products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being meticulously steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, post-separation.
