AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation products, the cornerstone elements include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder or paste, each bringing unique qualities to the blend.
This section serves as the hub for meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of crafting premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs lies this pivotal section, where quality is forged.
Dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section streamlines both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques and automates the assembly frame circulation for maximum efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This stage is crucial in shaping high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, defining their core characteristics.
The section is instrumental in engineering the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for concrete plates, integrating manual and automated mesh hanging, and optimizing assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Transforming the mold frame is achieved as the billet body is deftly demudded and positioned on the cutting car. Here, meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting crafts the final product with precision.
Innovative ground turning tables ensure the removal and recycling of corner waste to maintain eco-friendly efficiency.
Subsequent to waste clearance, the marshalling crane and ferry car meticulously complete the blank body's preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank, where they are nurtured under constant pressure, thanks to the expertly designed traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted and conveyed to the packaging section for final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge, ready for their next journey. They are expertly sorted, palletized, and securely packaged, then seamlessly transferred to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying solutions.
