AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential components for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation materials include sand—often derived from fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or paste. These elements lay the groundwork for creating premium AAC products.
This indispensable stage focuses on the attentive processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are primed for optimal use in subsequent manufacturing phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment constitutes the core of the operation, playing a critical role in forging robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that stand the test of time.
Central to this phase is the creation of the essential steel mesh, or mesh cage, required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automated mesh hanging, coupled with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring a streamlined process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is crucial in the formation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, marking a key step towards achieving exceptional product quality.
This section is meticulously devoted to crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual and automated mesh hanging with the seamless automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this integral phase, the mold frame enveloping the billet body is carefully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is strategically positioned on the cutting car, undergoing a comprehensive cutting process—encompassing lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The culmination of this process is facilitated by the ground turning table, which allows for the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing a smooth and seamless transition to the subsequent production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are precisely transported into the autoclave tank for sustained pressure maintenance, driven by a precision-driven traction mechanism at the autoclaves and an efficient ferry cart. This ensures the product is cured to perfection.
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, the elegantly cured products are deftly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly moved to the final product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a detailed sorting process, ensuring only the finest products are selected. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transferred to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for delivery to customers.

We also utilize a 2000-ton hydraulic press for robust metal plate processing, alongside sophisticated machining equipment that includes the Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and horizontal machining center. These tools empower us to deliver unparalleled precision and efficiency in every product we craft.
