AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the key ingredients are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting allure of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), amongst others.
This section is masterfully crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vital core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical segment where cutting-edge technology converges with precision.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process incorporates flawless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where the process transforms concepts into solid reality.
In this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the artistry of engineering unfolds as the mold frame, brimming with the billet body, is dexterously demudded by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring eco-friendly practices.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this phase with elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous care, the assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically placed in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphant from the autoclave, the cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand reveal.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and seamless transportation to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a perfect voyage from production to storage.
