1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential materials.
This section is crucial for the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for reinforcing autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section stands as another core pillar in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) imperative for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual and automatic procedures, coupled with efficient assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding by turning the crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. This ensures the product's precise cutting and molding through side, horizontal, and vertical techniques.
Once cut, the body is processed by the ground turning table, which effectively removes and recycles corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the tank for steady pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
After the curing process, the autoclave-treated products are pulled out and transported efficiently to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The thoroughly steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and subsequently conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that they are ready for distribution.
