AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process begins with an intricate blend of essential raw materials: sand, often in the form of fly ash, combines with lime, cement, and gypsum. To initiate the aeration process, aluminum powder or paste is meticulously added, setting the stage for a superior product.
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of the raw materials, ensuring the foundation of our exceptional AAC products.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
The heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section is where the magic happens.
Here, we expertly create the steel mesh (also known as mesh cages) essential for the structure of AAC plates. The process includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Serving as another core element in our production line, this section is pivotal for creating top-quality AAC slabs.
Here, meticulous attention is given to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our AAC plates. Both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, are conducted with precision.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes careful demudding by an advanced turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to perfect its form.
Using a ground turning table, the cut body is efficiently processed to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring sustainability and quality.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing the preparation for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this stage, assembled cakes are expertly sent into the autoclaves via a precise traction mechanism, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance. The ferry cart is instrumental in managing this seamless transition.
Once the curing is complete, the autoclave products are extracted with care using the ferry cart, then transported to the final destination, the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are methodically sorted, skillfully palletized, securely packed, and then transported to the storage yard. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures a flawless transition to the final storage phase, maintaining the high quality of our AAC products.
