1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), key raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section handles the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
As the heart of AAC slab production, this section ensures the creation of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Dedicated to fabricating steel mesh (mesh cages) required for AAC plates, this area manages manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for crafting steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for AAC plates, handling both manual (and automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car, achieving product formation through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Using the ground turning table, the cut body is cleaned of corner waste, which is then recycled.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
