AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, high-grade cement, gypsum, and innovative aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the core hub for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality and precision.
Here, we fabricate the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh processes and state-of-the-art automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is pivotal, acting as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Responsible for creating steel mesh (mesh cage), this stage involves manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, achieving cutting molding through precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body undergoes a sophisticated removal and recycling process of corner waste via the ground turning table.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered and organized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes undergo a process of constant pressure maintenance within the autoclaves, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the adept ferry cart guiding the operation smoothly.
Emerging from the autoclave, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, readying them for the marketplace.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The exquisitely steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. These are then transported seamlessly to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
