1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of all vital raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section forms the backbone of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we meticulously fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring precision in manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is pivotal to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded. The blank body and side plate are then expertly positioned on the cutting car, where they undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is expertly maneuvered by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of any corner waste.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and transportation to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
