AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Discover the foundation of excellence in our AAC production! We meticulously process premium raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder, and aluminum paste to ensure the highest standards of quality in our autoclaved aerated coagulation products.
This vital section handles the precise processing and efficient storage of raw materials, setting the stage for superior product quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

At the heart of AAC production lies this essential section, dedicated to the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This advanced section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates. It offers both manual and automatic mesh handling and seamlessly incorporates automatic circulation of the assembly frame for efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical segment serves as the cornerstone of AAC slab production, ensuring optimal preparation and quality assurance.
In this section, we craft the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic methods for hanging meshes, while ensuring smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision engineering, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes seamless demudding via a crane. The blank body, paired with a side plate, is expertly placed on a cutting car. This facilitates side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product molding.
Upon cutting, the body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to uphold sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly marshalled by a crane and ferry car, ensuring readiness for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes embark on a journey into the autoclave, where constant pressure maintenance is meticulously managed by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Once cured in the autoclave, products are elegantly pulled out by the ferry cart, transitioning smoothly to the final packaging section, ready for market distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After a transformative journey through the autoclave, the cakes emerge, sorted and palletized with precision. They are then packed and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for seamless dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Our facilities include premium cutting equipment such as the plasma cutting machine imported from Sweden and advanced laser cutting machines. Our metal plate processing capabilities are powered by a formidable 2000-ton hydraulic press. In machining, we utilize top-tier machinery including a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center.
