1.Raw Material Processing Section
Within the realm of crafting autoclaved aerated concrete, the initial step involves the preparation of paramount raw materials. These include sand or fly ash, coupled with lime, cement, gypsum, and a catalyst in the form of aluminum powder or paste.
This pivotal stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials, setting the foundation for quality production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
In the heart of our advanced production line lies this core section, crucial for shaping autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and consistency.
This innovative section is responsible for crafting steel meshes, or mesh cages, vital for autoclaved aerated concrete panels. It seamlessly integrates both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Here lies one of the core sections, pivotal for the sculpting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with meticulous care and efficiency.
This section facilitates the creation of indispensable steel mesh cages, with a blend of manual and automatic mesh suspension, complemented by the seamless rotation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes careful de-mudding via the turning crane. This is followed by a precise placement with the side plate onto the cutting car, where sophisticated side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to form.
Through the adept use of our ground turning table, the process ensures efficient removal and reutilization of corner waste, optimizing resource use.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes final adjustments using the marshalling crane and ferry car, preparing it for subsequent stages.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled masterpieces are ushered into the autoclave via a traction mechanism, ensuring pressure maintenance. The ferry cart plays a vital role in this seamless movement, setting the stage for perfection.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the ferry cart heroically retrieves the finished products, readying them for the packaging stage.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once liberated from the autoclave's embrace, the products are deftly sorted, palletized, and packed. The advanced packaging and conveying systems transport these ready masterpieces to storage, ensuring a seamless transition to the market.
