1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the journey begins with a selection of premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative power of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These elements are the foundation of innovation.
This section is meticulously engineered for the refined processing and secure storage of these critical raw materials, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vibrant epicenter of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial segment where cutting-edge technology harmonizes with precision craftsmanship.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process encompasses both manual and automatic mesh manipulation, integrated with an advanced system for the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, a vital cornerstone in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where innovation solidifies into tangible form, marking the transformation of raw materials into solid reality.
Within this dynamic setting, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It seamlessly blends manual and automatic mesh handling, complemented by an automated circulation of the assembly frame to ensure flawless operation.
4. Cutting Section
Within this arena, engineering elegance takes center stage as the mold frame cradling the billet body is deftly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is carefully positioned on the cutting car. Precision cuts, both side, horizontal, and vertical, are executed to achieve flawless molding.
The masterpiece comes to life as the cut body is meticulously managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, embodying sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this stage with unmatched finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unparalleled precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphant from the autoclave, the cured products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a comprehensive process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless evolution from production to storage.

Our machining prowess is further enhanced by the Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and horizontal machining centers.
