AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly refine high-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with unmatched precision.
This crucial phase is meticulously dedicated to the accurate processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring top-tier quality from the very start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Acting as the core of our operations, this section powers the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched excellence.
Within this department, we skillfully manufacture the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our innovative autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process combines both manual and advanced automatic hanging mesh techniques, along with the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring precision and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands at the heart of our production line, pivotal in producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with superior craftsmanship.
Here, the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously formed. We incorporate both manual and automatic procedures for mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. Supported by the side plate, the blank body is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product to perfection.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in the delicate removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with meticulous precision.
Following waste elimination, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal, flawless results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exceptional precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure to ensure impeccable quality results.
After the curing process, the autoclaved products are expertly removed by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section, ensuring efficiency and perfection.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging flawlessly from the autoclave, the cakes undergo systematic sorting, sophisticated palletizing, and careful packing. They are then efficiently delivered to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
