AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production is built on premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder (or paste). These essential elements pave the way for excellence.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of our high-quality raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the structural integrity and strength of our products.
In this essential phase, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging coupled with a seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is at the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, setting the stage for top-notch quality and durability.
Emphasizing precision, this component is integral for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and streamlined assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane turner. Subsequently, the blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting bring the product to its precise form.
The ground turning table adeptly finalizes the cut body by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body assembly, meticulously preparing it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the autoclave tank for steady pressure maintenance by a state-of-the-art traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistency.
Once autoclave curing is accomplished, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the cured products, transporting them effortlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes undergo a refined process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for delivery.
