1.Raw Material Processing Section

In our autoclaved aerated concrete production, we utilize a curated selection of raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all essential raw materials.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.

Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling, alongside seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This critical section is another cornerstone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

It is proficiently utilized for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, offering both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with an automated frame assembly circulation.

4.Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with the billet body, is skillfully demudded using a crane. Subsequently, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are meticulously executed to shape the product.

The cut body undergoes a seamless removal of corner waste via the ground turning table, ensuring efficient recycling and sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for further processing.

5.Autoclaving Section

Through a sophisticated traction mechanism, the assembled cakes are smoothly introduced into the autoclave tank where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance, followed by seamless transfer utilizing the ferry cart.

Upon completion of autoclave curing, the products are expertly extracted and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for dispatch.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, the expertly steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. Then, they’re transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring optimal condition and readiness for distribution.
