1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This segment is the pivotal core of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, while also managing manual (automated) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, in addition to manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly framework.

4. Cutting Section

With precision, the mold frame loaded with the billet is demudded via the turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it's expertly cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.

This process concludes with the corner waste being expertly removed and recycled via the ground turning table.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes finalization through the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are carefully transported into the tank, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart positioned before it.

Autoclave cured products are then expertly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a smooth and organized transition.
