AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation include a harmonious blend of sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and a dash of aluminum powder or paste.
This vital phase is dedicated to the meticulous, strategic handling and storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring precision and excellence in every step.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands at the core of the process, pivotal for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that meet the highest standards of durability and strength.
This essential segment focuses on crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in shaping high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and careful pre-curing lay the groundwork for excellence.
A section devoted to the precise crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car for an extensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—that sculpts the desired product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table's adept removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, maintaining an efficient and eco-friendly operation.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the tank, undergoing sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism fronting the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it, ensuring consistency and quality.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, showcasing an uninterrupted flow of excellence.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then skillfully palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation, ensuring readiness for delivery.
