1. Raw Material Processing Section Dive into the foundational phase, where the finest raw materials are expertly prepared to set the stage for flawless production.
The raw materials employed in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation are typically composed of high-grade sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, premium gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring seamless production continuity.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating Explore the heart of production with our cutting-edge steel mesh fabricating section, where precision and automation merge to form the backbone of AAC slab creation.
& Circulation Efficient and seamless circulation processes are at the core of ensuring optimized production flow and quality.
This section stands as the vital core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, embodying the most critical processes that define superior quality.
In this phase, the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is executed with precision. Manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame ensure efficiency and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section This section marks the pivotal process in achieving the superior quality of AAC slabs, where precision pouring and strategic pre-curing lay the groundwork for excellence.
This segment is the critical epicenter of autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, where the essential processes converge to deliver unmatched quality and durability.
Here, the making of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for the AAC plate, undergoes a meticulous process involving manual (or automatic) hanging mesh, alongside an automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring consistent quality.
4. Cutting Section Witness the transformation as the mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes precision demudding and cutting, achieving the perfect shape for final product excellence.
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, is expertly demudded using the turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is strategically positioned on the cutting car, achieving product cutting and molding via side, horizontal, and vertical incisions.
The ground turning table completes the process by expertly removing and recycling corner waste, preserving sustainability while maintaining quality.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section Enter into the autoclaving phase, where assembled cakes are meticulously maintained at constant pressure, achieving the perfect cure for premium AAC products.
The assembled cakes are strategically conveyed into the tank for precise pressure maintenance, courtesy of the traction mechanism positioned before the autoclaves, complemented by the ferry cart's efficient maneuvering.
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, the expertly cured products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final product packaging section, signifying the culmination of superior production.
6. Finished Products Reach the pinnacle of production with our finished products section, where classification and packaging redefine industry standards.
Classification & Packaging Experience the zenith of refined production as finished AAC cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging, culminating in seamless storage yard delivery.
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and swiftly transported to the storage yard, thanks to advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
