AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
At the heart of autoclaved aerated coagulation production are key ingredients such as sand—often obtained from the eco-friendly fly ash—lime, cement, gypsum, and a touch of aluminum powder or paste, making these materials the building blocks of innovation.
This crucial phase diligently focuses on the thorough processing and strategic storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the operation, vital for constructing robust and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
In this essential segment, steel mesh (or mesh cage) creation is key to producing autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automated mesh hanging processes, alongside the smooth automatic circulation of the sophisticated assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in shaping premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for superior end products.
Here, the focus is on the precise construction of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It integrates manual (or automated) mesh hanging with the automated circulation of the assembly framework, streamlining production.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame holding the billet body is carefully demolded via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is securely placed on the cutting car. Here, it undergoes a comprehensive cutting routine—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the exact desired product shape.
The process is elegantly concluded with the ground turning table, which facilitates the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the meticulously cut body.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
With expertise, the assembled cakes are transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by a precision-driven traction mechanism. This is complemented by the efficient ferry cart, ensuring perfect alignment before the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are expertly extracted from the autoclave with finesse by the ferry cart, then smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed with precision, and transported to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient separation and classification.
